By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.
Please read them carefully before placing your order to avoid misunderstandings.✦ What I Draw:
– Furries / Anthropomorphic characters
– Fantasy creatures
– Artistic nudity
– NSFW (sexual content), under the following conditions:
– Only adult characters (18+)
– All depicted acts must be fully consensual
– Explicit sexual scenes are allowed only between consenting adult characters
– No extreme fetishes (ask if unsure)
– Light gore (ask in advance)✦ What I Don’t Draw:
– Illegal content or anything involving minors
– Excessive violence or heavy gore
– Racism, transphobia, or hate speech
– Offensive content, pro-zoophilia, or pro-incest themes
– NFTs or AI-generated art
– Characters owned by other artists without permission
– Non-consensual relationships
– Sensitive religious topics✦ Commission Process:
– Commissions are handled in the order they are received
– (Exceptions may apply for urgent requests with an additional fee)
– A rough sketch will be provided for approval
– Up to two major revisions are allowed during the sketch phase
– Progress may vary depending on my availability — I’m an independent artist, not a studio
– Exact delivery dates are not guaranteed, but I will maintain regular communication✦ Payment & Refunds:
– Full payment is required upfront via PayPal
– Partial payments may be accepted in specific cases (please ask first)
– Refunds are not available once the commission has reached the coloring phase or beyond
– If I’m unable to complete your commission for personal reasons, a full refund will be issued
– The refund amount will depend on how much of the work has been completed at the time of cancellation✦ Usage Rights:
– Artwork is for personal use only (icons, banners, social media, etc.)
– Resale, redistribution, or commercial use is not allowed without prior agreement
– I retain the rights to the artwork and may share it in my portfolio or on social media, unless otherwise agreed
– If you wish to keep your commission private (not posted publicly), a confidentiality fee will apply — please request this in advance✦ Deliverables:
– Final artwork is delivered in high-resolution PNG format
– For adoptables, PSD files may be available (see adoptable ToS for details and additional costs)✦ Behavior Policy:
– Toxic, rude, or overly pushy behavior will not be tolerated
– Do not pressure me to rush your commission
– Please respect my time, space, and mental health✦ Dispute Policy:
– Open and respectful communication is my priority for resolving any issues
– If you have questions or concerns, contact me directly and politely — we can work together to find a solution
– I will not respond well to aggressive, rude, or accusatory messages
– If no agreement can be reached, I reserve the final decision regarding the artwork and delivery, based on the progress made
– I strive to be fair and transparent, but full refunds are not guaranteed if the work is already in progress or completed✦ Protection of My Art & Identity:
– Reposting, redistributing, or using my art without explicit permission is strictly prohibited
– Impersonating me or using my name/identity on any platform is strictly forbidden
– If impersonation or misuse is suspected or confirmed, I will take the appropriate actions — including reporting and legal steps if necessary
– Please respect my work and identity as an artist. Theft or impersonation will not be tolerated under any circumstance

✦ What is a YCH?
– A YCH (Your Character Here) is a base or pre-drawn pose or scene where your character is inserted into the design.
– The final result will reflect my art style and the agreed-upon details or character features.✦ Purchase Process
– Payment must be made in full via PayPal before any customization or coloring begins.
– Slots are confirmed only after payment — no holds or reservations without prior payment.
– Once the YCH is purchased, the slot is yours to customize with your character.
– Cancellations and refunds are not allowed once the piece reaches the coloring phase or beyond (see refund section in General ToS).✦ Customization & Restrictions
– Minor color changes and small character-specific details are allowed.
– Changes to the pose or base composition are not allowed.
– NSFW versions are permitted only if:
– All characters involved are 18+, and
– All content is fully consensual
– NSFW involving minors is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent blacklist.✦ Usage Rights
– YCH artwork is for personal use only (icons, profile images, banners, etc.)
– Commercial use, reselling, or redistribution is not allowed unless separately licensed.
– I retain the rights to the base and final image and may share it in my portfolio or on social media.
– If you would like your YCH kept private, a confidentiality fee applies (see General ToS for details).✦ Communication & Conduct

– Final files will be delivered in high-resolution PNG format.
– PSD or other layered formats are not included, unless agreed upon with an additional fee.

By purchasing or bidding on one of my adoptables, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding.✦ What Is an Adoptable?
An adoptable is a pre-designed character created by me, for which you can acquire usage rights.
Ownership grants you personal and creative rights over the design, within the limits outlined below.✦ Payment and File Delivery
– Payment must be made via PayPal.
– Once payment is confirmed, you will receive:
A high-resolution PNG file
A layered PSD file (if available)✦ Auction Rules
– All bids are final.
– Bid cancellations are not accepted under any circumstance.
– Canceling a bid will result in a permanent ban from future sales.
– Please bid responsibly.✦ Usage and Rights
You ARE allowed to:
– Use the character for personal artwork, stories, roleplay, etc.
– Modify the design to suit your preferences
– Resell or trade the character, but never for more than the original price, unless additional artwork is includedYou are NOT allowed to:
– Claim the original design as entirely your own
– Use the character or artwork for NFTs or AI training
– Use the character for commercial purposes without prior agreement and license
– Repost or redistribute my artwork without credit
– Remove my signature from the original art✦ Confidentiality
– If you wish the adoptable to remain private (not posted or announced by me), you must request it and pay an additional confidentiality fee.
– Otherwise, I reserve the right to showcase the design in my portfolio or on social media.✦ Conduct
– Rude, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
– Respectful communication is expected at all times.
